As the founder of Turo Turo and co-founder of Taste Philippines, Rex is focused on building modern platforms that celebrate Filipino food, culture, and community.

Alongside his restaurant work, Rex creates food, travel, and cultural content whilst collaborating on media, brand, and creative projects that spotlight Filipino identity and cuisine to wider audiences. He is also set to release his debut cookbook, Kamayan, published by Michael Joseph Penguin, in July 2026.
